Duncannon Holiday Park are delighted to announce the launch of their new website where we will post updates and news on a regular basis. The new website has a clean, fresh and contemporary look which is to navigate.
Duncannon Fishing Village
There are many local attractions in Duncannon village including three bars, a shop, and a number of restaurants and cafés. Roche’s Bar is a traditional family-run pub. Bar Food is served daily from 12:30pm. The bar and Sqigl Restaurant are members of the BIM Seafood Circle. Across the street, The Strand Tavern comprises of a bar, lounge and beer garden. Bar food is served daily and the lounge is available for private functions. Both establishments show live sports and have live music at the weekend. Other eateries in the village include Sandy Dock Café and the new Pizzeria ‘Off The Hook’. Hooked Kitesurfing school offers the chance to learn a new sport in the water at Duncannon Beach.
Duncannon Fort, built in 1588, includes a maritime museum and Arts centre and is open daily to visitors from June to September. Guided tours are available from the tourist office in the Fort.

At Duncannon Holiday Park, our facilities include the following:The Reception room at Duncannon Holiday Park is open until 10pm during peak season and also contains a small shop with drinks and ice creams. Any queries that our visitors have can also be answered here as our staff will be only too happy to assist you.Our games room contains pools tables and classic arcade games to keep your children occupied.We have self service laundry facilities available from 8am until 10pm. There are a number of machines and dryers available.The on-site playground includes swings, see-saws and a slide to ensure that your children can prolong their fun in the sun even when they return from the nearby beach. Our equipment is regularly maintained and completely safe.Duncannon village plays host to a newsagents, two fast food restaurants, a cafe, three pubs (two offering extensive and critically-acclaimed bar food menus and three award winning restaurants in Dunbrody Country House, Aldridge Lodge and Sqigl. Ramsgrange village also hosts a supermarket, ATM, pub and fast food takeaway. There is also a tennis court, basketball court and another playground close to the park.
Duncannon Holiday Park has self catering options as well as offering facilities for Tents, Touring Caravans and Motorhomes.We have three modern mobile homes available for family rental from Easter until August. During July and August rental is on a weekly basis only.
Each mobiles sleeps up to six people with one double and two twin rooms. The mobiles are fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday. All you need to bring is your bed linen.There are two Glamping Cabins on site by the playground in our park and are available for booking from Easter with a minimum two night stay.
Each cabin sleeps up to five people and facilities include; a kitchenette with counter-top fridge, microwave, kettle etc. The outside decking area has a small gas barbeque and seating.
Prices for the cabins are €85 per night Mon-Thurs and €95 per night Fri-Sun.
New for 2019: This year we have added a WC to each of our cabins so with your own toilet and hand basin your stay is more comfortable than ever.If you fancy a little more comfort we also have a self catering cottage available to rent throughout the year which has stunning sea views. Duncannon Holiday Park is a long established, family-run establishment located beside the beach on the Hook Peninsula. We have both caravan and camping facilities and a private mobile home site, open March to October.
